Echelon recognises that sustainability comprises distinct areas of focus and that each area requires equal investment if a business is to be truly sustainable. The area of social responsibility – being a good corporate citizen, focusing on community involvement and impact and actively delivering societal value – is, therefore, amongst Echelon’s priorities.
Echelon will focus on STEM-related initiatives targeted at young people of school age, it will be open to discussion and involvement with community groups, it will assist in re-wilding and afforestation and – through enabling renewable energy and investing in alternative energy sources – it will deliver value to Irish society and Ireland Inc.
